Referral Scheme Terms and Conditions.

These terms and conditions (the "Agreement") govern your participation in our affiliate program (the "Program") and establish the terms and conditions of the Program. By participating in the Program, you agree to abide by these terms.

Eligibility: You must also be at least 18 years old, live or work in the United Kingdom and have a PayPal account in order to receive your commission.

Referral commission: As an affiliate, you will be eligible to receive a commission of 30% of the revenue generated from each new customer that you refer to our SAAS product for the first 12 months of their subscription. The commission will be calculated on a monthly basis, provided that the referred customer remains an active subscriber of our software.

Referral link: Upon registration as an affiliate, you will receive a unique referral link that you can share with potential customers. When a customer clicks on your referral link and signs up for a free trial of our software, they will be tracked as your referral, if at the end of their trial period they subscribe to our software you will become eligible to receive commission on their monthly subscription cost after any discounts have been applied.

Self-referrals: You are not permitted to sign up for OutOnSite through your own affiliate link. If we detect any self-referrals, your account will be permanently banned and any commission earned will be forfeited.

Abuse or attempting to mislead: We do not tolerate attempts to abuse our affiliate system. Any attempt to mislead, manipulate, or defraud us or potential customers will result in your account being permanently banned. This includes posting fake discounts to coupon-sharing websites or engaging in any other activity that violates our policies.

No search engine ads, Facebook ads, or other ads that compete with our own marketing: You are not allowed to run any search engine ads (especially on branded terms or domain names), Facebook ads, or other ads that would compete with our own marketing and potentially cause confusion for customers. We reserve the right to terminate your account if we detect any such activity.

No pretending to be acting on behalf of us (i.e., as an employee): You are not allowed to impersonate us or pretend to be acting on our behalf. This includes posing as an employee or representative of our company.

Termination: We reserve the right to terminate your participation in the Program at any time and for any reason if you violate these terms.

Changes to the Terms and Conditions: We reserve the right to change the terms and conditions for our affiliate program at any time. We will provide notice of any changes to the terms and conditions on our website, and it is your responsibility to review the changes and comply with the updated terms.

Liability: We will not be liable for any indirect, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the Program, including but not limited to lost profits, lost revenue, or lost data.

Governing law: These terms and conditions will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom.

Entire agreement: These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Program and supersede all prior agreements and understandings, whether written or oral.
